HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription makes getting your favorite Dragun Beauty products super simple. 

1. On an item that offers subscription, select "Subscribe & Save" and choose your delivery preference. 

2. Click ADD TO BAG

3. Complete your order 

You can amend, cancel and skip your subscription via your account. If you already have an account with us you can log in at this point. If you haven't made one before, you can activate your account here.

Once you have successfully logged in, click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS, this will take you to your subscription portal. 

Choosing Your Delivery Frequency

You're completely in control of your subscription. You can set your next charge date by logging into your account and clicking manage subscriptions. Once you see the subscription you want to amend, click edit. This will take you to your subscription portal, here you can edit your next charge/delivery date.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription after 2 subscription charges. To cancel, log into your account, click manage subscriptions and follow these steps.

1. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click edit.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click cancel subscription on the left-hand side.

3. Tick the reason you want to cancel and click proceed.

Skipping Your Next Shipment

To do this, log into your account and click manage subscriptions. Once you're in the subscription portal, click edit on the subscription you'd like to skip. Then click the skip shipment button on the left-hand side. This will skip your next order. If you'd like to skip more than one subscription, click back to the subscriptions list and follow the same process for the others.

Changing The Date of Your Deliveries 

Login to your account, click manage subscriptions, find the subscription you want to amend, and click edit. Once you're in the subscription portal, click next charge date on the left-hand side. Here you can amend the date you're next charged and your next delivery.

See When Your Next Delivery Date Is

Login to your account and click manage subscriptions, this will take you to your subscription portal. Click on delivery schedule in the main navigation to see when your next order will be.

Update Your Payment Method

Login to your account, click manage subscriptions. Click edit on your subscription and this will take you to your subscription portal and click card on file on the left-hand side. Here you can add new payment method.

When You'll Be Billed

You’ll be billed for your subscription that initial day and every time it recurs. For example, if you place an order on 17th, then select to have it recur every month then you will be billed on the 17th of every month.

If Your Payment Has Been Declined

If a payment card is declined, you’ll have received an email asking you to update your payment information. You can do this by clicking on the link within the email, this will take you to your subscription portal where you can update your information.
